On your first visit, you will be asked to fill out health forms so that we can ensure that we have all of the information we need prior to beginning your exam. Then, you will be given a tour of the office and introduced to our staff to make you feel welcome and at ease.

Dr. Jessica will take your health history and perform a chiropractic exam. You may or may not receive chiropractic care on your first visit. This depends on what is found during your initial examination.

Your initial visit could take anywhere from 40 minutes to 1 hour, so please plan accordingly.

Our office accepts all major PPO health insurance plans. Please bring along your current insurance card and information.
